Farm & Kitchen, Working Together
Chef's Reserve is a membership and partnership program now being formed between Raprager Farms and chefs and restaurants who care deeply about what reaches the plate. Member chefs will help shape what we grow, when we grow it, and how each harvest can best serve their menus.
Produce grown with thoughtful farming practices and the nutritional integrity of the ingredient in mind.
A closer relationship between the people who grow food, the chefs who prepare it, and the communities they nourish.
Harvest timing, crop selection, freshness, and quality guided by what exceptional food demands.
The Reserve
Our growing plans will be developed around member needs, seasonal conditions, and the standards behind the Chef's Reserve name.
Premium vegetables, herbs, and specialty crops grown with practices designed to support healthier soil and a stronger farm ecosystem.
Vibrant, nutrient-dense greens selected for freshness, texture, color, and concentrated flavor.
Beautiful culinary flowers that bring color, aroma, and a distinctive farm-grown finish to the plate.
Chef-requested varieties and planned crops developed through conversation, realistic lead times, and shared expectations.

Among Our First Planned Varieties
A colorful, chef-minded selection with layers of peppery, fresh, herbaceous, and mustard-forward flavor. These are among the microgreens we plan to grow for Chef's Reserve members.

The Partnership Model
Chef's Reserve is designed to connect culinary vision directly to the growing plan. Instead of asking chefs to work around a fixed list, we begin with their menus, priorities, and standards.
Quality Begins Below The Surface
Our goal is food that reflects living soil, responsible stewardship, biodiversity, and a farm system built to improve over time. For member chefs, that means ingredients with a story grounded in care—not a marketing label separated from the way the food is grown.

Now Forming
We are beginning conversations with chefs and restaurants who want a closer connection to their ingredients. Founding members will help us understand the crops, quality standards, quantities, and rhythms that make this partnership genuinely useful in a working kitchen.
For Chefs & Restaurants
Tell us about your restaurant, your standards, and the ingredients you wish you could source closer to home. Your registration goes directly into Qixsit so our farm team can follow up.
