Founding Vendor Opportunity

Farmville at Raprager Farms

A curated farm village where Florida families gather to shop, dine, explore, and make memories.
100,000+ guests in approximately twelve operating weekends
The Opportunity

This is not a booth rental. This is a founding position.

Raprager Farms already has what most developments spend years trying to create: an audience, a reason to visit, and an emotional connection with families.

Farmville is the next step: a year-round village experience built around food, retail, attractions, agriculture, festivals, and hospitality. The right vendors are not just filling spaces. They are becoming part of the destination.

Proof of Demand

Built on real traffic, not wishful thinking.

Raprager Farms currently welcomes more than 100,000 guests in approximately twelve operating weekends. Farmville is designed to extend that momentum into more operating days, longer visits, stronger guest spending, and repeat visitation throughout the year.

Year-RoundThe growth strategy behind Farmville.
The farm already brings families through the gate. Farmville gives them more reasons to stay, spend, and return.
The Full Scope

Activities, animals, festivals, food, and overnight stays create a destination—not a market.

Vendors win when customers are already engaged. Raprager Farms gives guests a full-day experience with multiple reasons to visit across the year.

Glamping & Extended Visits

From day trip to weekend escape.

Glamping and overnight stays expand the revenue ecosystem. Overnight guests need meals, coffee, snacks, retail, activities, and experiences—creating more touchpoints for Farmville partners.

This is how a farm becomes a destination: not one transaction, but an entire guest journey.

Ideal Partners

We are not looking for everyone.

Farmville needs operators who improve the destination. The wrong vendor cheapens the experience. The right vendor makes the entire property stronger.

QualityProducts, presentation, and service must feel worthy of the Farmville brand.
ReliabilityOperators must be consistent, professional, and prepared for high-volume weekends.
FitEvery concept should complement families, festivals, agriculture, and destination retail.
Vendor FAQs

Questions before applying?

Do I need to be local? Local businesses are a natural fit, but quality, reliability, and alignment with the farm experience matter most.
Are food vendors accepted? Yes. Menus, licensing, insurance, equipment, and setup details will be reviewed before approval.
Can I rent space for one festival? Festival and seasonal opportunities may be available depending on the event calendar and category balance.
What products work best? Family-friendly goods, gifts, food, experiences, boutique items, and farm-related concepts generally perform well.
Is Farmville only for retail? No. We welcome photographers, service providers, attractions, lessons, demonstrations, and event partners.
How soon should I apply? Early is best. Categories fill quickly before major weekends and festivals.
